

Description
The ripened icatu coffee cherries are yellow instead of red giving this coffee its name.
The dry aroma is of dark chocolate and blackberry and once brewed it adds roasted almonds and honey to the bouquet. The flavour is of marzipan sweetness with a bright lemony acidity. It is medium bodied and delightful.
