Order Delivery
UK customers will be able to choose from 1st class or Signed for postage. We will normally mail your order within 24 hours of receipt. You should expect delivery within 7 days of ordering. Orders to Europe and USA will have the relevant postal charges based on package weight.
Cancellation Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel the order without giving a reason. You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of order.
The consumer will be asked to post back the goods at the consumers cost. The goods must be returned in the condition they were sent out and must be unopened.
If coffee beans have been ground to a customers specification they cannot be returned and the sale cannot be refunded.
Payment Methods
All credit card transactions are processed through Worldpay.com using a secure encrypted server. The beanshop.com does not have access to credit card details.
Worldpay will accept the following credit and debit cards Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron,Visa Purchasing, Switch, Solo, Mastercard, JCB. We can accept payment in Sterling, Euros and US Dollars.
