A dignified blend of papaya, hibiscus, currants, blackcurrants, blackberry, blueberries, elderberries, strawberry and raspberry which can be enjoyed as a hot infusion or with sparkling wine and a sprig of mint on a warm sunny day.
Ingredients: hibiscus blossoms, currants, papaya cubes (papayas, sugar) elderberries, flavouring, freeze-dried raspberry and strawberry pieces, blackcurrants, blueberries.
use 4-5 heaped tsp/litre water 100c for 10-12 mins
