Colombia Las Lomas - Coffee Beans

Medium Roast

almonds, chocolate, fruit

Colombia produces some of the best coffee in the world. Las Lomas is a small holder farm, located in Pitalito, Huila. This washed and sun-dried coffee has a bright acidity with a medium body and is not overly sweet.  It is a Caturra bean which was developed from Bourbon coffee in Brazil. It has subtle sweetness of plum, peach and red fruits.  Colombia is basically free of climatic catastrophes like frosts, hurricanes, earthquakes, or volcanic eruptions, which hamper other coffee-producing nations resulting in a consistently good crop.
