Tie Guan Yin - This Tie Guan Yin Oolong is an Anxi-style tea, which means that it is lightly oxidised, retaining many of the delicate floral aspects that are a closer to a light green tea without the grassiness or astringency. This type of oolong has become known as a ‘jade’ or ‘green’ oolong due to the light appearance and colour that is reflected both in the leaves of this tea as well as the light coloured liquor.

Jasmine Yin Hao Lotus - Finest green (slightly fermented) silver tip tea which is infused several times with jasmine blossom.

Sencha Gyokuro - Gyokuro, a shade grown steamed green tea, is among the finest and most highly prized of Japanese teas. While the young leaves of the spring season develop, the Gyokuro plants are shaded from the sun for three weeks before the harvest with special sheets. This slows the growth allowing tea leaves more time to develop depth and flavour.

Sencha Fukujyu - Sencha tea generally yields clear, pale-green cups that carry many of the same vegetative grassy notes common to all Japanese teas.

Lung Ching Dragonwell - Dragon Well is the most famous of all the Chinese teas and has been documented thousands of years ago in the Tang Dynasty which was the golden age of cosmopolitan culture in the Chinese civilisation.

Mao Feng - The Mao Feng leaf is in the shape of large needles or bird tongue, and very uniform in size and shape. The tea has an orchid like fragrance and beautiful delicate flavour. This is a refreshing tea ideal for drinking at any time, particularly after a meal.
