The country of origin of Rooibos is South Africa, where it has traditionally been used to make fruity, sweet tea. The branches of the shrubs are dried in the sun then cut into small pieces. A high quality rooibos can be identified by its ruby colour and the soft, sweet characteristic and aromatic taste. This rooibos has been enhanced with vanilla for an extra sweet and creamy dimension.
